Application Overview
FNTI is contracted to convert all of the Title Insurance Policies generated on a daily basis for 25 Eastern States on an ongoing basis for a group of Title Companies.

FNTI has scanned from paper, microfilm, microfiche, aperture Cards, large scale drawings Title Insurance policies going back 20 years for 25 Eastern States. All media was shipped to an FNTI production facility where it was prepped, scanned and indexed. The indexes ranged depending on available automated indexes from 2 indexes per document to 15. Once the media was converted it was returned to the client or shredded .

Go Forward
In order to keep the image environment current 100,000 files monthly with a total of 600,000 pages of paper are shipped to FNTI’s production center for converting. The paper is prepped, scanned, indexed by 6-15 fields, QC’d and returned to the client. The images are then exported to a central imaging system in Casselbury FL, where they are stored and made available through a web based application to 1000,s of users.

Results
FNTI has successfully converted over 100,000,000 pages to date . An ongoing contract to remain processing documents on a monthly basis is in place.
