Application Overview
FNTI imaged all Title Insurance Policies recorded in Santa Clara County from 1988 through 1997. All services have been executed within the financial and contractual terms.

Scope of Work
FNTI converted 9,000,000 frames of 16mm microfilm. The film was scanned to create 200dpi multi-image TIFF G4 images. Each image was cropped, de-skewed and indexed to a policy number. Images were viewed at least twice, and greater than 50% of the images were verified a third time. Final images were written to CD-ROM. Project duration: 4 months.
