Accurate indexing is critical to a useful image library.

Indexing the captured documents is a complex task that requires planning and relentless quality control. FNTI manages all projects through a Project Control Database that delivers:

• Web enabled Posting Quality and Status monitoring system to keep the customer continuously informed on the status of the project and do Online Quality Checks.

Process
After the planning stage has been completed and the images are ready to be indexed, the images are sent to index stations where FNTI employees index the images according to your specifications. FNTI's indexers view every image for quality and completeness, key the required indexes defined by the client and release the image for a Double-Key verification to another user. This methodology, although time consuming, allows FNTI to guarantee the index field integrity required to satisfy the exacting demands our clients have for accuracy.
